New Modules

Transaction (Retail & Restaurant)
- Sale Gift Vouchers and then Redeem those Vouchers at POS.
- Offer Discount Coupons to the potential customers as a part of sales promotions.
- Know what stocks are expiring in the given date range?
- Learn product codes for better effect in Transactions and Reports.
- New button “-T Trip Sheet” has been added in the Dispatch Home Delivery (S > T > L). Use this button to print Trip Sheet of the selected Driver from the list.
- Now entering mobile number in the Home Delivery transaction is not mandatory. New button “^H Search” has been added in the Home Delivery transaction screen; use this button to select desired customer from the list.
Transaction (PMS)
- Following buttons have been added in the Room Booking (H > T > B)
- ^S Split Bill: Split Bill to segregate the expenditures among the Group Owner and Guest, so that invoice can be printed individually for the Group Owner and Guest(s) with segregated value as defined by the user. Accounting entry will also be posted accordingly.
- -H Change Pax: Change Number of Pax, Extra Person Rate for High Week Days and Low Week Days for a given date range. Room Tariff will be changed accordingly for that period; however, the Night Audit data will remain unchanged.
- -F Change Rate: Change Room Rent for High Week Days and Low Week Days manually for a given date range. Room Tariff will be changed accordingly for that period; however, the Night Audit data will remain unchanged.
- ^T Rate Card: Use this button to change the Rate Type of the selected Reservation. You can enter any date range but within the Reservation Period. It will change the Rate for Low Week Days and High Week Days according to the Rate Type selected from the list.
- -G Group Owner: Change Group Owner from the list to post the chatges to the selected Group Owners account; however, the Night Audited data will remain unchanged.
- ^A Ch Add-on: Add or remove add ons. Add-on charges will be changed accordingly; however, the Night Audited data will remain unchanged.
- Set Calculate Tax without Discount to Yes in the Room Reservation Option to calculate Tax on Room Charges only else set No to calculate Tax on Room Charges - Discount.
- Now you can change period of reservation using "-T Change Date" button added in the Room Status.
Report
- Know total number of customers in a particular Card Type.
- New report "Supplier Wise Stock Report" added in the Warehouse Management.
- Few enhancement have been done in the Food Costing report.
Window Print
Master Data Management
- New Item Type “Service” has been added in the Product Management (M > I > P). This type of products will not be shown in the Stock Statement, but will work exactly same in other modules as other products.
- Now you can enter up to FIVE different UPC / EAN codes for the same product. New fields added in the Product Management for this purpose are as follows UPC / EAN 1, UPC / EAN 2, UPC / EAN 3, UPC / EAN 4.
- Now you can generate unique barcode for each quantity entered if “Generate Product Child” is set to Unique in the Product Management. If quantity entered in decimal then it will create only one barcode for all products. Import will not be affected by this functionality.
- Award double or (Earned Point * X) points to the customers for sale made on specific day(s) of a week.
- Extensive enhancement done in the Scheme & Promotion master.
- Extensive enhancement done in the Combo Master.

Setting
- Now Cash Drawer can be opened before the Print-out. This will help to speed up the billing process. Options added in the Station Setup > Printer Setup > Open Drawer = After Print / Before Print / No.
- Automatic SMS on the day of Spa Reservation and one day before of the scheduled arrival for Spa Services.
- Extensive enhancement done in the SMS Scheduler.
- Now you can send Summarized Report to the various users through the mail.
- Print a long product name while printing barcode in DOS.
- View report as period set for the Festival master.
- Affix Food Tags with different Food Products of similar packaging to know the contents.
