Scenario:

You might have a few ready items such as Biryani, And you do not want to print KOT for those items.

Solution:

When a call centre order comes to the branch, It is shown on the KOT popup screen. The popup screen has 3 buttons.

●KOT Print

●Snooze

●Void

Now a new button has been added  “Print Bill.”

Notes:

● If you print the bill, then KOT will not be printed, and this order will stop showing on the popup screen.

●If you need to print KOT, then use the HD Status Report or KOT Print button in the popup screen.

● If you print KOT, then this order will stop showing on the popup screen.
