What is the Modification Procedure in Prepaid Sale Transaction?

Answer: The thumb rules for the modification of Prepaid Sale Transaction are as follows..

  • The card must not be refunded yet. If the refund is not made on the card then only you can open a sale transaction in modification mode and void item and then tender. This will increase the amount in the card with the void item value.
