We are using Card Validity (in days).

Is it possible to calculate and print card validity on the receipt so that our customers will be aware and well-informed of validity (expiry date) on each transaction?

Answer:

You can print card validity on the receipt to inform your customers about the validity of their card. To enable this option please use the following steps …

Step1: Setting Card validity

  1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Prepaid (S> T> P)
  2. Alt + O
  3. Set number of days in “Card Validity (in Days)” field
  4. Save

Step2: Setting the option

  1. Go to Main Menu > Sales Management > Transaction > Sales Invoice (POS)(S> T> S)
  2. Alt + R
  3. Set “Print Prepaid Expiry Date = Yes”
  4. Save

Step3: Getting the print

Now after every transaction in prepaid RanceLab Software will print the expiry date
