Send message to customer about bill amount and delivery status before home delivery.

In order to inform the customer about delivery status and bill amount of his/her home delivery order, now you can send message to the customer just after the printing of bill automatically. This will help the customer to be ready with exact tender amount.

Setting up Business Alert:
    • From main go to the Business Alert (T>M>A)
    • Select the Location at “Location” field
    • In “Touch POS Bill Print” field type the following;

Dear <Customer_Name>, Your <Location> order # <Memo_No>, of Rs.<Amount> is out for delivery. Please keep the exact change ready. Thank You.
.
    • Then press Alt+S to save the changes
    • Now after printing of each home delivery bill it will send a message to the concern customer’s mobile number automatically. Sample message of above setting is given bellow;

Dear Uttam Kumar,
Your Delhi order # 10/1028, of Rs.4250.00 is out for delivery.
Please keep the exact change ready. Thank You.

Note:
  • This feature will work only by pressing “P” or clicking on “P Print Bill” button in tender screen.
  • It will not work by pressing “F10” or clicking “F10 Order” button in Order Entry Screen.
  • It will not work by pressing “F” or clicking on “F Finish” in Tender Screen.
