Is it possible to view KOT in Grid format?
Yes. It is possible. It will help us to view different KOTs in one go. In order to view KOT in grid format, please follow the steps as given below;
- Go to the Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S T T)
- Press “D” to view display screen
- Press “C” to display all of the closed transactions
- Select any transaction and press “V” to view KOT in grid format.
