Is it possible to import prepaid card balance from an excel file to RanceLab Software?

Now you can import prepaid card balance in RanceLab Software from excel file. Please use the following steps…

Step1: Creating an excel file for product recipe

  • Create an excel file with the following columns

Card Number

Enter prepaid card (Already issued) numbers in this field

Mode Of Payment

Enter the specific Mode of payment for that particular prepaid card. (Must be created in RanceLab Software prior to import the excel file)

Card Deposit Value

Enter card deposit value here

Card Validity (In Days)

Enter validity of the card in days

Amount

Enter the card amount

Location

Enter the location (branch) name here, for which you want to make that card active. (Must be created in RanceLab Software prior to import the excel file)

Step2: Import the excel file in RanceLab Software

  1. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Import & Export > Import Data(T>I>I)
  2. Alt + L
  3. Select “Prepaid card balance” from the list
  4. Set other option
  5. Select the excel file in “File Name” field
  6. Map the headings of the excel file with RanceLab Software fields
  7. Alt + I (or you may use “– I Import” button)
  8. It will import the recipe excel file in the database

Step3: Checking the change in RanceLab Software

  1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Prepaid (S> T> P)
  2. Press Alt + H (or you may also use ‘–H History’ button)
  3. It will generate a report as below…
