Is it possible to check the expiration of a customer card directly in the prepaid card transaction screen?

Solution: to restrict the refilling of expired prepaid cards, please use the following steps,

Step1: Setting the option

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Prepaid (S>T>P)
2. Press Alt + O
3. Set “Allow Expired Card = No” (you can also set it to “Yes” or “Ask” as per your requirement).
4. Press F10 to Save

Step2: Checking expired cards in re-fill screen

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Prepaid (S>T>P)
2. Scan any expired card
3. RanceLab Software will show a message of expiration
