How is “-S COGS” and “–T Total Cost” calculated in Food Costing Report?
Answer:
The report can be viewed from Main Menu > Warehouse Management > Reports (F&B) > Food Costing(W> R> F)
Food Cost is based on Sales Value:
- COGS = {(Sales Qty) * (Cost per Item)} * 100 / (Sales Value)
- Total Cost = (Total Cost) * 100 / (Sales Value)
