While selecting any item it is showing 'Duplicate entry found' and shutting down.

Answer:

Please use the following steps to resolve the problem…

1. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Database Maintenance > Optimize Database(T> D> O)
2. Alt + O (or use ‘-O optimize’ button)
3. Set ‘Rebuild Data = Yes”
4. Alt + O (or use ‘-O Update’ button)
