Is it possible to send automated SMS to our customers 7 days before their birthday?

Answer:

  • Go to Main Menu > Settings > SMS Settings > CRM Activities (T>M>C).
  • Alt + L
  • Select location from the list
  • Go to ‘Before Days’field
    • Enter number of days (e.g. if you set it to 7 RanceLab Software will send SMS to the customer 7 days before his Birthday or Anniversary day).
    • Go to ‘Birthday’ field and enter the message to be sent to the customer before specified ‘Before Days’. (e.g. -We have booked a table for you to celebrate your Birthday).
    • Go to ‘Anniversary Day’ Field and enter the message to be sent to the customer before specified ‘Before Days’. (e.g. - Avail 10% discount and a bottle of wine when you celebrate your anniversary at our restaurant).
    • Go to ‘Schedule Time’ field and enter the time in 24 hr format (e.g. if you set it to 22:00 customer will receive the SMS at 10 PM on specified ‘Before Days’).
  • Go to ‘After Days’field
    • Enter number of days (e.g. if you set it to 1 RanceLab Software will send SMS to the customer on the next day of his Birthday or Anniversary day).
    • Go to ‘Birthday’ field and enter the message to be sent to the customer before specified ‘Before Days’. (e.g. - Hope you have enjoyed you Birthday).
    • Go to ‘Anniversary Day’ Field and enter the message to be sent to the customer before specified ‘Before Days’. (e.g. - Hope your Anniversary was nice).
    • Go to ‘Schedule Time’ field and enter the time in 24 hr format.
  • Save.
