Is it possible to select customer as soon as I open Touch POS screen?

Yes you can select Customer directly from the Customer list as soon as you open the Touch POS screen. Please follow the steps given below to accomplish the task….

Step1: “Setting the option in Sale Invoice (Scan POS)”

1. Go to Main Menu > Sales Management > Transaction > Sales Invoice (POS) (S > T > S)
2. Alt + O
3. Set “Prompt to select Customer on start = List”.
4. Save.

Step2: Checking the change in Sale Invoice (Touch POS)

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S > T > T)
2. Open a table to see the change (If you are running Quick mode then you do not need to open a table).
3. It will open the customer list automatically.
