Yes it is possible to restrict users from opening barcode designer. Please follow the steps given below to accomplish the task.

1. Log in the Software in Administrator mode.
2. Go to Main > Master Data Management > Others > User Master (M > O > U)
3. Alt + L
4. Go to designation field.
5. Press Alt + Enter
6. Go to “Change Action Control= YES”
7. Set “Open Barcode Designer = No”
8. Save.
