Is it possible to get the format files and the report layouts along with the branch data?

Scenario: It creates a problem while restoring a branch data as it doesn’t enclose the format files, report layout files etc. Is it possible to enclose all the files along with the backup file in a zipped format?

Answer:

During Branch Data creation, RanceLab Software now creates a zipped file containing the format files, report layout files, the photo folder and the Branch data backup file. Earlier while creating the branch data the software only creates the backup file in .BAK format in the Data folder within the RanceLab Software folder. Now the zipped file is created with location name within the Backup folder. The steps are,

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Location Master (M > I > L)
2. Alt + L
3. Select Location from the list.
4. Alt + C, to create branch database for that location.
5. Press Ok.
