Yes, you can now create customer master in offline. Please use the following steps…

Changes in HO

Step1:

1. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Global Option(T> A> G)
2. Set “Offline Customer Modification in Branch = Yes”
3. Save
4. Completely logout from the software and close the application
5. Login again

Step2:

1. Go to Main > Master Data Management > Others > Customer Master(M> O> C)
2. Press Alt + G (or use “–G Gen. Cards”)
3. Generate customer cards in a specific range for each branch (e.g. 000002 to 010000 for Branch1, 010001 to 020000 for Branch2 etc.)
4. Ask branches to use those specific cards to create customers.

Changes in Branch

1. Open customer numbers, assigned by HO, in modify mode
2. Enter new customer's details
3. Save

NOTE: Please don’t change the card number at branch location.
