Is it possible to create a Transfer Order in RanceLab Software

for Head Office in order to send products to Branch to increase the stock?

Answer:

Yes it is possible to create a transfer order for Head Office from branch. Please follow the following steps to accomplish the task.

Step1: Creating the Stock Transfer Indent

  1. Go to Main Menu > Warehouse Management > Transaction > Stock Transfer Indent (W>T>I)
  2. Press Alt + L
  3. Select Head Office.
  4. Go to “To” field.
  5. Press Alt + L
  6. Select Branch name from the list.
  7. Click on the Product field.
  8. Press Alt + L
  9. Select the Product.
  10. Click on the F3 button to add quantity.
  11. Save.

Step2: Populating the Stock Transfer Voucher

  1. Go to Main Menu > Warehouse Management > Transaction > Stock Transfer (W>T>T)
  2. Press Alt + L
  3. Select Head Office.
  4. Go to “To” field.
  5. Press Alt + L
  6. Select Branch name from the list.
  7. Press Alt + A (or you can also use ’–A Indent Sel’ button).
  8. Select the transfer indent voucher from the list
  9. Stock Transfer Voucher gets populated
  10. Save

Step3: Viewing the Stock Transfer Report

  1. Go to Main Menu > Warehouse Management > Reports > Stock Transfer Indent Register (W>R>I)
  2. Press Alt + V
  3. See the Report.
