If the system goes to sleep mode, will it affect the performance of RanceLab Software?

Answer:

Yes, printing problem may arise if your system goes to sleep mode while RanceLab Software is running in your client/node systems.

As per windows architecture, whenever system goes to sleep mode it inactivates the USBs and other ports and the printer spooler stops working too. For that very reason printing may hamper.

So don’t let your System/Monitor/Windows go to sleep mode, specially the server, to avoid this printing problem.
