I want to issue a Payment Reminder to my customers whose payments are due.

How can I do it through RanceLab Software?

Answer:

To issue a Payment Reminder report to your customer through RanceLab Software, please follow the steps given below…

  1. Go to Financial Management > Analysis Tools > Outstanding (Ledger) (F>A>L)
  2. Select the respective Account from the list.
  3. Ctrl + R (or you may also use ‘^R Reminder’ button).
  4. It will generate a print preview of the reminder report with account statement.
  5. Take the print out of the Payment Reminder report.
