I am using Windows 7 ultimate version in all my systems. After installing the RanceLab Software software and creating a new database, if I run the software it is showing the following error and is blocking me to Log in. What is the possible solution of this problem?

Error:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: A .NET Framework error occurred during execution of user-defined routine or aggregate "SaveXmlData":

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The locale identifier (LCID) 16393 is not supported by SQL Server.

This problem is occurring due to the Locale setting of your operating system. To solve the problem please use the following steps…

  • Go to Start > Control Panel
  • Click on “Clock, language and Region” option


  • In Format Tab set
    1. Format = English(United States)
    2. Short date =M/d/yyyy
    3. “Long Date = dddd,MMMM dd,yyyy”
    4. “Short time = hh:mm tt”
    5. “Long time = hh:mm:ss tt”
    6. “First Day of Week = Sunday”


  • In location Tab
    1. set “Current Location = United States”
    2. click on Default Location link to set the default location



  • In Administrative Tab click on “Change System Locale” button


  • Now click on “Copy setting” button



  • Click on ok button
