I am getting “The RPC server is unavailable” while trying to print. How to solve?

The message:

System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The RPC server is unavailable

Possible Solutions

  • Installation of printer driver
  • Reinstallation of printer drivers
  • You may have a generic text driver as default printer
  • Turn off the Print Spooler service ( start > run > services.msc )
