How to View Purchase VS Sale report in Purchase Register?

Answer:

Please use the following steps …

• Go to Main Menu > Purchase Management > Reports > Purchase Register(P> R> P)
• Press Alt + V (or use “–V Product” button to open product wise report)
• Press Alt + I (or use “–I In/Ex sale” button)
• It will automatically add the following buttons in the report

1. Sal Qty
2. Sal Val (CP)
3. Sal Val (SP)
4. Profit
5. Pr Qty
6. Pr Val(CP)
7. Bal Qty
8. Bal Val(CP)
9. Bal Val(SP)

• You can also save the report layout. Press F10 and enter a suitable name
• To load a saved layout use F9
• To set the current layout as the default one use F7 button
