How to restrict a user from erasing details of Activity Log and Audit Log?

Answer:

• Go to Main > Master Data Management > Others > Designation Set Up (M > O > D)
• Press Alt + L.
• Select Designation or create new.
• Set “Change Action Control = Yes”
• Set “Delete Activity and Audit Log = No”

• Save.
• Save the designation.

Now tag the designation with the user to restrict him/her from deleting anything from Audit Report and Activity Report.
