How to integrate Customer/Pole display with RanceLab Software?
Answer:
Please follow the steps given below to integrate Customer/Pole display with RanceLab Software.
Step1: Creating a Customer/Pole display
- Go to Main Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Station Setup (T > A > S)
- Alt + L.
- Select Station from the list.
- Come to Customer Display.
- Press Ctrl + N
- Type Posiflex in Device Name field.
- Set “Device Type = Customer Display”.
- Set “Driver Type = OPOS”.
- Come to Port.
- Press Alt + L.
- Select appropriate Port from the List.
- Save.
Step2: Adding the Customer Display in Station Setup page.
- Go to Main Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Station Setup (T > A > S)
- Alt + L
- Select Station from the list.
- Come to Customer Display.
- Set “Customer Display = Posiflex”
- Save.
Step3: Using Customer/Pole display
- Logout from the software.
- Close the Software.
- Run the Software again.
- Login to the software.
- The Customer/Pole display will show a message “Welcome to RanceLab Software”.
