How to implement Style Format in register reports?
Answer:
New functionality added in all Register reports. Now you can filter rows by highlighting them according to specific conditions.
Example:
Suppose we need to highlight all the sales invoices having total amount > INR 1000.00. Please follow the steps to achieve the above output
- Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Reports > Sale Register (S> R> S)
- Select Amount Field
- Ctrl + K (or you may use ‘^K Formatting’ button), it will open a Style format window as shown below

- Now put Condition as shown in the following image

- You can find the report as shown in the following image

You can also filter data by adding expressions. Use the following steps…
- Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Reports > Sale Register (S> R> S)
- Select Amount Field
- Ctrl + K (or you may use ‘^K Formatting’ button), it will open a Style format window
- Click on ‘Expression Condition’ tab, it will open the following window

- If you click on ‘Add’ button it will open a new window as ‘Condition Expression Editor’


- You can also save this view by using F10 button and reload it again when needed.
Important Note:
- The old layout will not work. We have to create a new layout after updating to release 1.139.
