Can I have delete function in "Unable to Print" message box?

Can I have delete function along with the following function in "Unable to Print" message box?

Ans : No. The delete button is not present as it often misused by the operators.

Moreover if an operator, who do not have rights to re print and accidentally delete the pending prints, will not be able to print the same any more.
