Can I export Particular Products from Product Master to weighing Scale in RanceLab Software ?

Yes, you can export Particular Products from Product Master to weighing Scale in RanceLab Software. Make the unwanted products inactive and then export the master to the weighing scale. Use the follwoing steps..

1. Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Product Management (M> I> P)
2. Alt + D (or use "-D display" button).
3. Go to ‘Is Active’ field
4. Select product, which you don’t want to export.
5. Alt + L (open list)
6. Select ‘NO’.
7. Save.
8. Now, you can export product master from Export Data option.

Note: This procedure can be used if Bulk updation is enabled. Else you have to use the following steps..

1. Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Product Management (M> I> P)
2. Alt + L (open list)
3. Select product, which you don’t want to export.
4. Set “Is active = No”
5. Save
6. Now, you can export product master from Export Data option.
