Issue

1. Bill not Printing
2. Bill Printing without header and footer
3. Condensed Mode Printing
4. Printing multiple copies of the same bill

Solution

1. Check Printer Setup in Configuration.
2. Check whether PORT NAME specified exists or not.
3. Note that if PORT NAME specified is then condensed printing is not available.
4. In Case any other PORT like LPT1, LPT2 etc then check for START JOB COMMAND.
5. In Case you are using simple DMP’s then the condense Printing Command is 15.
6. You can write this command in format file supplied i.e. SFormat.fus file which is mentioned in the Station Setup against the Computer / User.
7. Setup the following command in SFormat.fus file as mentioned below
             
   change it to the following manner
              15
8. Check SFormat.fus file for Header and Footer Information. You can change the header and footer information as per your own need.
9. Check whether the information supplied exists in proper blocks. i.e. and .
10. Make sure that this file is properly tagged against a Receipt Printer.
11. To Print multiple copies set Number Of Copies to a defined number in Printer Setup.
