Who knew that the F&B industry would evolve to attain such heights as it is today? It has seen enormous growth and has invited great investments from the public. With the increasing market and opportunities, doors have opened to a lot of challenges on the way of success. While we were still thinking that the quality of food is important to run the F&B industry, it has not remained the same with the growing industry. Agreed, food is important but if you thought it to be the only concern, then you’re just half way there en route success. Quality of food comprises of only 50% of the successful business mantra. For example, if you stress on some of the few but important aspects delivered from your customers it adds to a ‘wow’ factor. Like-A customer comes in and fills out a wonderful comment on the services rendered? Believe me, this is probably the most important part of your business. At the same time one bad experience of a customer can lead to a potential loss for you. We need to have a centralized integrated system which works for our valuable customers.
