Different types of F&B reports are shown in Warehouse Management Reports menu which are given below:

KOT Analysis: Details of KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket)
Void Item Analysis: Shows list of Void (Cancelled) Items of  each order
Variance Report: Statement of Variances of actual  & estimated (standard) consumption of materials on basis of production.
Length of Seating: Management analysis report of available seating capacity, occupancy and contribution per Seat / Table.
Menu Engineering: To shows the sale value, cost, contribution, profit & classification.
Food Costing: Based on either Total Sales or on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
Work Order Analysis: Show Work Order analysis report.
