ID #1859

Integration of S3 Smart Card Reader (Green Apple).

Smart Card to work with Card ID instead of Customer ID.

Customer ID is a system generated 5 digit unique alphanumeric code and Card ID is a "6 to 20” digit user defined alphanumeric code. If Card ID is not entered during customer creation, it is replaced by Customer ID automatically.

Write user defined card id in a smart card, then read that at Sale.

Note:

    • There are two more dll files for different types of card readers and that are FwS3Dll.dll, dcrf32.dll. You just need to make winscard.dll file active and FwS3Dll.dll, dcrf32.dll file inactive. Adding "<!--" at line start and "-->" at line finish will make the dll file inactive and adding “<” at line start and “>” at line finish will make the dll file active for the software. Else you may choose to completely delete the line which is not required.
    • Two dlls will not work at the same time, so make sure that only one dll is active.

.
