How to get faster response from RanceLab® support?


  1. Use the support portal to submit your cases.
  2. Please mention your case number in the subject line of the mail.
  3. While contacting the support team over phone - please ask for case number, for future reference.

How to use the support portal?

We have created a special support portal for our customers.

You are welcome to post your suggestions, questions and bugs.

To use the Support Portal, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to > click Support > click Customer Login
  2. You need to log in using the User Name and Password provided by us.
