When I enter user name and password at the login screen I get the following message
“FusionRetail Higher Version 1.XXXX is running on server: Unable to find update on server.”
Cause: This message is shown if you have updated the server without using the “Auto Update” button available in login screen.
Solution: Please update your computer with the version as running on the server.
Tip: If you have multiple computers to update then copy the update installer in the FR6Shere folder of the server. If update installer is found on the server\fr6sahre folder, the client computer will automatically update.
