Apart from transactions with customers, some information about customer transactions are also recorded to maintain good relationship with customers, like :

•	Redeem Points, to manually enter / adjust customer reward points. Loyal customers are given points on their purchase. These points are redeemed during any purchase made by the customers, in lieu of cash.

•	Customer Feedback, to enter the opinion of the customer. Customer feed back is a vital source of information. Any feedback received from customer during informal discussions, voluntarily submitted by customer or on any customer survey, are recorded.

These entries do not affect any ledger account or Item stock. These are informatory records only.
