Taking reservations is the core of your business, that's why it has been made easy. Reservations done under your complete control, rearrange tables and make each reservation with table notes.

It's convenient, knowing who is arriving at a glance is vital to finding guests bookings quickly.

Customer

Select the Customer from the list. Press Ctrl + N to create new

Company

Auto display on selection of the Customer

Email

Auto display on selection of the Customer

Mobile

Auto display on selection of the Customer

Phone

Auto display on selection of the Customer

Date

Enter the Reservation date

From Time

Enter the Reservation begin time

To Time

Enter the Reservation end time

Table

Select Table from the List

No of Person

Enter Number of Pax

Status

Select the Status from the list. Press Ctrl + N to create new

Service Staff

Select the Service Staff. Press Ctrl + N to create new

Remarks

Enter remarks, if any.

Guest Details

Customer

Select Customer from the list by pressing Alt+L or create a new Customer by pressing Ctrl+N

Company

Automatically gets the Company detail provided during Customer Creation

Email

Automatically gets the Email detail provided during Customer Creation

Mobile

Automatically gets the Mobile detail provided during Customer Creation

Phone

Automatically gets the Phone detail provided during Customer Creation

Schedule

Date

Directly overtype the date (Accepts dd/mm/yy,dd-mm-yy,dd/mmm/yy,dd-mmm-yy formats) or click on the … button and select the date from the newly opened calendar window.

From Time

Directly overtype the date (Accepts 12 hour and 24 hour formats) or click on the … button and select the time from the newly opened calendar window.

To Time

Directly overtype the date (Accepts 12 hour and 24 hour formats) or click on the … button and select the time from the newly opened calendar window.

Venue

Table

Select the tables from the list to make Reservation

No of Person

Enter number of person to arrange the seating

Status

select the status (as Booking request, Confirmed, Seated etc.) of the Reservation Entry from list by pressing Alt+L Or create New status by pressing Ctrl+N

Other

Service Staff

Select Service Staff from the list or create new by pressing Ctrl+N or you can skip this step.

Remarks

Type the remarks here or you can skip this step.

Reservation Button

Additional buttons in reservation screen

-R Scheduler

Opens a graphical window to maintain the Reservation

F3 Time

Keyboard shortcut to open the From Time and To Time Window.

 

Reservation Display

Click to expand/collapseReserved Table Layout Display

The Reserved table’s color automatically gets changed to Pink on the appearance of Reservation time. If the table is already occupied by some other customers you will find a Pink colored reminder line of Reserved on that table

Day View - This area is used to display the appointments scheduled for the whole day. Right side navigator bar displays list of months.

 

Week View - The Work-Week View displays appointments for the working days in a particular week or several weeks

 

Staff View - The Staff View displays appointments for the Staff assigned to a particular appointment or appointments

View Pane - The view pane allows you to view the appointments in different displays like Day View, Week View, Month View, Timeline, Date wise and Staff wise.

Navigation Pane - The navigation pane allows you to navigate between appointments in Scheduler

Here you create the list of Status as per your own requirements (e..g Order Received). The Status list is used in Reservation entry

Enter the Status to create a new record in Status list

Display Order

Specify the display order of items in the List
