Main Menu > Master > F&B > Product Recipe

Here you enter the recipe. Recipe is a List of standard raw materials and corresponding quantity required for preparation each finished Item.

Header

Recipe For

Click Alt+L and Select the Finished product (servable Item) from the list (e.g Lassi)

Quantity of Production

Enter the standard quantity for which the recipe is given (e.g 400ml)

Overhead % on Food Cost

Enter the additional cost for food preparation

Method /Preparation

Enter the complete method of preparation. This is useful for the cook

 

Line Field

At detail line, the following particulars of each Item ordered are displayed

Product Name

Click Alt+L and select the raw material required to prepare the finished Item (e.g Curd)

Qty. Unit

Enter the Quantity of the raw material required to produce the Quantity of finished product  (e.g 200 gm)

Cost

Cost per unit is carried from Product Master at Standard Cost Price which cannot be changed in BoM

Amount

Amount  (Quantity x Cost Rate ) is displayed. You cannot change It.
