This is a combined report of Item Purchase & corresponding Sales figures and Stock.

Shows the Purchase Cost and Selling Price Defined at the time of Goods Inward Entry.
Displays Purchase, Sales and Stock with quantity, value at cost and sales, contribution percentage and margin

In collapse mode, the report shows the figures at Stock Group level, while in expand mode, item wise details are shown.

You may explode any Item Group to see the Item details of the specific Group.

Shows Name of the product.

Pur Qty

Shows Purchase quantity.

Pur CP Val

Shows Purchase value in Cost Price.

Pur MRP Val

Shows Purchase value in MRP.

Pur SP Val

Shows Purchase value in Sale Price.

Pur %

Shows % in total purchase value in cost price.

Pur Margin

Shows Purchase Margin {(Pur qty * Sale Rate) - (Pur qty * Pur Rate)} * 100 / (Pur qty * Sale Rate).

Sal Qty

Shows Sale quantity.

Sal CP Val

Shows Sale value in Cost Price.

Sal SP Val

Shows Sale value in Sale Price.

Sal MRP Val

Shows Sale value in MRP.

Sal %

Shows % in total sale value in sale price.

Sal Margin

Shows Sale Margin = (Sale Value - Cost Value) * 100 / Sale Value.

Stk Qty

Shows Closing stock quantity.

Stk CP Val

Shows Closing stock value in cost price.

Stk MRP Val

Shows Closing stock value in MRP.

Stk SP Val

Shows Closing stock value in sale price.

Stk %

Shows % in total closing stock quantities.

Stk Margin

Shows Stock margin = {(Stk qty * Sale Rate) - (Stk qty * Pur Rate)} * 100 / (Stk qty * Sale Rate)
