In this screen you can set various detail about CRM Activities for which you want SMS alerts.
Fields available are.
CRM Activities:
Location |
Select the location from the list for which you want to activate the SMS setting. |
Birthday |
Enter predefined variables here, to send SMS Greetings to the customers on their respective Birth dates. |
Anniversary day |
Enter predefined variables here, to send SMS Greetings to the customers on their respective Anniversary dates. |
Schedule Time |
Schedule a specific time when the software will send SMSs. |
CRM Activities Before:
Before Days |
Set number of days before Birthday or Anniversary the message to be sent.
Is it possible to send automated SMS to our customers 7 days before their birthday? |
Birthday |
Enter predefined variables here, to send SMS Greetings to the customers on their respective Birth dates. |
Anniversary day |
Enter predefined variables here, to send SMS Greetings to the customers on their respective Anniversary dates. |

Schedule a specific time when the software will send SMSs. |
