Main Menu > Settings > SMS Settings > CRM Activities

In this screen you can set various detail about CRM Activities for which you want SMS alerts.

Fields available are.

CRM Activities:

Location	Select the location from the list for which you want to activate the SMS setting.
Birthday	Enter predefined variables here, to send SMS Greetings to the customers on their respective Birth dates.
Anniversary day	Enter predefined variables here, to send SMS Greetings to the customers on their respective Anniversary dates.
Schedule Time	Schedule a specific time when the software will send SMSs.

CRM Activities Before:

Before Days	Set number of days before Birthday or Anniversary the message to be sent. Is it possible to send automated SMS to our customers 7 days before their birthday?
Birthday	Enter predefined variables here, to send SMS Greetings to the customers on their respective Birth dates.
Anniversary day	Enter predefined variables here, to send SMS Greetings to the customers on their respective Anniversary dates.
Schedule Time	Schedule a specific time when the software will send SMSs.

CRM Activities After:

Note: Before using this module, attach mobile numbers with your Customers, during Customer creation.
