Answer:
Please use the following steps to change the customers card type according to their Balance points.
- Go to Main > Master Data Management > Others > Customer Master (M >O >C)
- Press Alt + D for display
- Click on Balance Point to short in descending order
- Keep the cursor at the Card Type column
- Select the customers where a change in card type is required
- Press Alt + L for a list of card type
- Select the Card Type
- Save.
Note: This way you can have the card type changed in one go.
