Answer:

You can update the Size, color, design and other Matrix fields of a product in just one go. To implement that please use the following steps…

Step1:

• Go to Main Menu > Warehouse Management > Transaction > Rate Change (W> T> E)
• Alt + O (open option screen)
• Set
  1. “List1 = Yes”,
  2. “List2 = Yes”,
  3. “List3 = Yes”
  4. “Field1 = Yes”
  5. “Field2 = Yes”
  6. “Field3 = Yes”

Step2:

• Scan the item
  1. If you scan all the 11 digit of the barcode it will open that particular child (if available).
  2. If you scan the 1st four digits it will open all the child of that product (if available).
  3. If you select an item from the list it will open all the child of that product (if available).
• Now you can use the bulk update option to update the Matrix fields of that product.
• Go to the column, which you need to modify
• Select the data
• Alt + L (open List)
• Select new data from the list
• Save
