Scenario: In my Cafeteria order is taken according to Seats. Every time at the time of entering orders the counterperson has to manually select the seats. Is there any way by which the selection of Seats can be automated?

Answer:

Please follow the steps given below to automate the process of selection of Seats in the software.

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Scan POS) (S > T > S)
2. Alt + O
3. Come to Touch POS option.
4. Set “Prompt to select Seat on start = Yes”
5. Save.
