RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6 FAQ

Scenario: In my club the members can avail certain services like Snooker, Swimming, Horse Riding, Gaming etc. They are charged on hourly and minutes basis. How can it be implemented in FusionRetail6?

Answer: You can easily maintain services on hours and minutes basis through FusionRetail6. Please follow the instructions given below to implement the task.

Step1: Create new Products.

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Product Management (M > I > P)
2. Type Rent by Hour in Product Name.
3. Set “Sub Group = Rent”
4. Save.
5. Type Rent by Minute in Product Name.
6. Set “Sub Group = Rent”
7. Save.

Step2: Create the Modifier

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > F&B > Modifier Management (M > F > O)
2. Type “Rent”
3. Enter other details.
4. Click on Product field.
5. Alt + L
6. Select “Rent By Hour”
7. Come to Type column.
8. Alt + L.
9. Select Rent by Hour.
10. Again come to Product field.
11. Alt + L.
12. Select Rent By Minute
13. Save.

 Step3: Add items in Menu

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > F&B > Menu Management ( M > F > M )
2. Alt + L
3. Select Menu from the list.
4. Come to Product column
5. Alt + L
6. Select ‘Rent by Hour’ from the list.
7. Come to Product column again.
8. Alt + L
9. Select “Rent by Minute” from the list.
10. Click on Modifier column.
11. Select both rows.
12. Alt + L.
13. Select Rent from list.
14. Save

Step4: Create an Entry

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transactions > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S > T > T)
2. Click on Billiard Table.
3. Select Snooker Board product.
4. Click on Modifier.
5. Select “Rent by Hour”
6. Leave
7. Reopen Table after 1 hour.
8. Tender.
9. Finish.
