Answer: Yes you can easily maintain Touch POS sale according to Warehouse. Please use the following steps.
Step1: Create Different Warehouses
- Go to Main Menu>Master Data Management>Inventory>Warehouse master (M > I> W)
- Enter Warehouse Name(as Warehouse1 or Warehouse2 etc.)
- Enter Print Name
- Save
Step2: Create different menu for different warehouse
- Go to Main Menu > Master > F&B > Menu Management (M > F > M)
- Enter menu name and other details
- Go to ‘Product’ column
- Alt + L
- Select the products available in Warehouse2
- Go to Warehouse column
- Alt + L
- Select the warehouse name (as Warehouse1)from the list.
- Save
Step3: Create transaction in Touch POS
- Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S > T > T)
- Click to open a table
- Press ‘O’ button to open list of available menus
- Select a menu
- Select items
- Tender
- Finish
Step4: Checking the reports
- Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Reports > Sale Register (S > R > S)
- Press Alt + V to open the report in Product wise view
- Press Alt + F3 to open column chooser
- Double click on ‘Warehouse’
- Group by your report according to ‘Warehouse’ column
- Press F10 to save the report for future use.
Note: you can restrict your users to create transactions only from a specific menu. For that you have to create a voucher type for that particular user. Attach that voucher type with that user in user creation screen. Now whenever the user logs in the selective menu will be activated.
