RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6 FAQ - Is it possible to sale Combo meals in my Food court using RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6?

Example:

In my Food Court I have a Combo called Pizza Combo which contains one Hawaiian Pizza with Chicken Drumsticks and a Coke. The price of the Combo meal will be much lesser than the items selected individually.

Now you can implement Combo item sale using RanceLab® FusionRetail™ 6. Please follow the steps given below to accomplish the task.

Step 1: Creating the Combo Master

Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > F & B > Combo Master (M > F > B)
Type Pizza Combo in Combo Name field.
Enter Details for Date and Time fields.
Come to Weekdays.
Press Enter.
Alt + L
Select days from the list.
Come to Locations field.
Press Enter.
Alt + L
Select Locations from the list
Enter Discount amount or Discount % (it will calculate discount as rate or percentage on the total value of the sale price)
Come to Product field.
Alt + L
Select the main Product from the list (as per the current example select Hawaiian Pizza, Chicken Drumsticks and Coke from the list)
Go to the Type field.
Set “Type = Main Product”.
Again go to the product field.
Alt + L
Select product.
Go to the Type field.
Set “Type = Combo Match 1”
Repeat step 13 to step 22 for more products.
Save.

Step2: Adding the products in the Menu

Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > F&B > Menu Management (M> F> M)
Alt + L
Select the menu name from the list
Go to the last row of the product column
Alt + L
Select the products from the list(if they were not selected already)
Save

Step3: Making changes in Location master page.

Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > Inventory > Location (M > I > L)
Come to Other Settings.
Set “Activate Scheme and Promotion = Yes”
Save

Step 4: Selling the Combo Items

Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S > T > T)
Select the Combo Item products.
Press F6 (or you can use ‘F6 Updt Scheme’ button), it will calculate the final amount according to the combo master setting.
