I want to serve them individually with their respective ordered foods. How to implement this in RanceLab®FusionRetail™ 6?

Answer:

In a situation like this you can use the Seat Master to accomplish the task. Please follow the steps given below to accomplish the task.

Step 1: Creating the Seat Master

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management > F & B > Seat Master (M > F > E)
2. Type Seat Name.
3. Save.
4. Repeat step 2 and 3 to create more Seats as per your requirement.

Step2: Applying Seat in Touch POS Order screen

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S > T > T)
2. Open a Table.
3. Press A or click the “A Seat” button.
4. Select Seat from the list.
5. Press Ok.
6. Select items as per customer request.
7. To select another seat Press A again.
8. Select next Seat.
9. Select items as per customer request.
10. Repeat step 3 to step 9 as many time as you require.

Step3: Splitting Bills according to the Seats used:

1. Press Y (or you can use ‘Y Split Check’ button).
2. Press F6 (or you can use ‘F6 Seat’ button).
3. The software divides the bill according to the seats.

NOTE:  

• "Seat" also prints in KOT as (Seat# [Seat Name]) beside product.
• In Case of Manual Split (Select and Drop), Items are added Seat wise.
