Is it possible to impose forcefully wait staff selection in Touch POS?

Answer:

Yes, it is possible to impose forcefully wait staff selection in Touch POS. Please use the following steps to implement the feature…

  1. Go to Main Menu > Sales Management > Transaction > Sales Invoice (POS)(S> T> S)
  2. Alt + O (Open option window)
  3. Set “Prompt to Select Wait Staff on Start = Yes”
  4. Save

 
 

 
 

Note:

If this Option Set to "Yes" then this will ask for "Wait Staff" at Order Screen, just like "Customer", "No of Person" and "Register mode". If there is no predefined Waiter or Sales person FusionRetail 6 will give you a message as “No Active Wait Staff Found”.
