Answer:
In prepaid card transaction, there is no default mode of payment (MOP) for refunding money. To select a default MOP use the following steps:
- Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Prepaid (S > T > P)
- Press Alt+O.
- Go to “Mode Of Payment” field and press Enter.
- Press Alt + L
- Select the desired MOP from list
- Use “Ok” button
- Save.
