• Steps for blocking a prepaid card :

1. Go to Sales Management >Transaction> prepaid card transaction (S> T> P)
2. Alt+B (or use “-Block Card” button)
3. Give the selected card number and press enter.
4. Use “Yes” to block the card

• Steps for unblocking prepaid card :

1. Go to Sales Management >Transaction> prepaid card transaction (S> T> P)
2. Alt+U (or use "-Unblock Card" button)
3. Give the selected card number and press enter.
4. Click on Yes to block the card
