Example: I have Subgroups like Beer, Whisky and Wine. I want to merge the products under these subgroups into one single section as Alcohol.

Please follow the steps given below to accomplish the task. For your better understanding the entire process has been broken down into three steps.

Step1: Creating a Sub-Menu

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management  > F&B > Menu Management (M > F > M)
2. Alt + L.
3. Select Menu from the list.
4. Click on Sub Menu column.
5. Ctrl + N.
6. Type Alcohol as the Sub Menu name in the box.
7. Click OK.
8. Save.

Step2: Attaching the Sub-Menu with the products

1. Go to Main Menu > Master Data Management  > F&B > Menu Management (M > F > M)
2. Alt + L.
3. Select Menu from the list.
4. Set “Grouping on = Sub Menu”
5. Go to Sub Group column
6. Click on the Filter button at the side of the Subgroup column.
7. Select the specific Subgroups.
8. Click on the Apply button.
9. Go to Sub Menu column.
10. Select all the Products.
11. Alt + L.
12. Select Alcohol from list.
13. Save.

Step-3: Checking the changes.

1. Go to Main Menu > Sale Management > Transaction > Sale Invoice (Touch POS) (S > T > T)
2. Open a table to see the changes (In case of quick mode you won’t have to open any table as it would directly open the Tender screen).
