Answer:

Product recipe is not a master. During product recipe creation you are not creating any master; you are just attaching one or more product with a single menu item. To off a product recipe use the following steps…

1. Go to Main Menu > Master > F&B > Product Recipe(M>F>R)
2. Alt + L (open list)
3. Select menu item from list, it will populate recipe items also
4. Go to Product Name field
5. Press Alt + Delete to delete the row item
6. Use this process to delete all the rows
7. Save
8. Now your recipe is deleted.
