You cannot delete a master. However you can make a master inactive.
Active Concept: If you make some master inactive then it will not be available for selection.
For Example if you inactive a product master then
- It will not be displayed in the list during sale , purchase etc
- But you can always scan that product.
- If you open the old sale where that product is present - it will be shown
How to make a master inactive
- Go to master
- Press Alt + D to display
- Select the field Active
- Press Alt + L and make it No.
